Shipping Policy

Products available for purchase on our platform may be subject to shipping fees. These charges may vary depending on factors such as the delivery location, total weight of the order, and prevailing courier rates. Shipping costs are in addition to the product price displayed on the product pages. You will be informed of the applicable shipping fee before the final payment is made.

Each order is dispatched to one single delivery address provided during checkout. If you wish to send items to multiple locations, separate orders must be placed for each address.
We dispatch orders from our own or our fulfillment partner’s facility to various regions across India. Our standard shipping timeline is 5 to 10 business days from the date your order and payment are confirmed.

Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding national and public holidays. In case a delivery is delayed or returned due to customer errors—such as providing an incorrect address or contact information—any re-shipping costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened upon delivery, we strongly advise you to refuse the delivery and immediately contact us at info@fotindia.com, quoting your order reference number. Please wait for written instructions from our support team, typically within 24–48 hours, before taking further action.
